Let’s tell the best stories to drive the right conversations about your brand.

“I have helped some of California’s most notable wineries find their voice. I work with wineries who understand that their competitive edge isn’t just about what’s in the bottle, but also about how they communicate to their customers, trade partners and media contacts. ”

Sean Weir has maintained longtime working relationships with some of California’s most acclaimed and enduring wineries—a testament to his creativity, consistency and results. He loves working with clients who are serious about maintaining a high standard of communications strategy and performance.

Sean grew up in Sonoma Valley. He enjoyed his first crash course in wine appreciation as a 20-year-old backwaiter at the Domaine Chandon restaurant in Napa Valley. He later worked in Central Coast tasting rooms and winery cellars, completing three tours of harvest duty (one of which was chronicled in his acclaimed winemaking memoir The Mad Crush). Sean then put his journalism degree to work and became a wine writer contributing to several California publications. He eventually moved to the marketing side of the coin, becoming a specialist in brand development, content creation and media relations.
